Polish Primer. Formulated with dehydrating agents that help to remove excess oil from the nails, allowing proper application and bonding of the nail polish.
Recommended for: improving enamel.
How to use: apply a pro-clean base coat, before applying the polish, to keep nails clean and free of residue. Dry the nails well after use.
